Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Every order is sent with full tracking, and you will receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery costs
Delivery is free on every UK order. No minimum spend and no codes needed, the price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery: typically 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on the item.
Each product page shows the most accurate estimate for that item. If an item is delayed, we will let you know by email straight away.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or our Track Your Order page, to follow your parcel. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 working days, contact us and we will chase it up for you.
Missing or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at marlowgoodsuk@gmail.com. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
