2. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. A contract between you and Marlow Goods is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, mispriced or where we suspect fraud; in that case you receive a full refund.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We never store your full card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery is free on every UK order. Delivery estimates are shown on each product page and in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Product information
We work hard to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. If a product is not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
7. Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or that were not caused by our breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

All content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to Marlow Goods and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
