Questions & answers

From what age can I use it?

From newborn up to around 36 months, or 3.5 to 15 kg, moving through the four carrying positions as your little one grows.

Will we get too warm on long walks?

The breathable 3D mesh keeps air moving for both of you, and the built-in hood offers privacy and sun cover when needed.

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, and delivery usually takes 5-10 working days after dispatch. Delivery is free on every UK order and we email you a tracking link as soon as it ships.

What if I change my mind?

No problem at all. You have 30 days from delivery to return it. If you simply change your mind you cover the return postage, and if anything arrives faulty the return is free and we will put it right straight away.
