No, the two handsets talk directly to each other, video and all, with no WiFi, SIM or subscription.
What is the range like?
Up to around 300 m in the open, which covers the garden, the park and the campsite, and about 60 m through walls at home.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, and delivery usually takes 5-10 working days after dispatch. Delivery is free on every UK order and we email you a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if I change my mind?
No problem at all. You have 30 days from delivery to return it. If you simply change your mind you cover the return postage, and if anything arrives faulty the return is free and we will put it right straight away.
