Questions & answers
What weight should I choose?
A good rule of thumb is roughly 10% of your body weight, that gives the gentle, hugged feeling without being too much.
How do I keep it clean?
Spot clean as needed, or pop it inside a duvet cover you can wash as normal.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, and delivery usually takes 5-10 working days after dispatch. Delivery is free on every UK order and we email you a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if I change my mind?
No problem at all. You have 30 days from delivery to return it. If you simply change your mind you cover the return postage, and if anything arrives faulty the return is free and we will put it right straight away.
